What is this product?＋
Bio-Pilot Essence (003) is a gel essence for topical care, formulated with kidney-derived extract as a skin-conditioning ingredient. Each box contains 7 applicators of 1g each.
What does “kidney longevity” mean?＋
It is our research interest in kidney cell repair and renal tubular regeneration, aimed at understanding how kidneys maintain long-term health.
What are international and Japanese ingredient names used for?＋
They identify the ingredient and its name: international ingredient ID 37564 and Japanese naming receipt number 22788.
What do the papers on this website study?＋
The six papers cover animal models, human urine samples, cultured cells and renal tubular organoids. Each paper’s page identifies its study subjects and links to the original publication for further reading.
How do I use the product?＋
As directed on the packaging: every night before bed, dispense an appropriate amount, about the size of a bean, onto one inner wrist. Gently spread between both wrists. Replace the cap securely after use.
Does a box of seven mean a seven-day treatment course?＋
Seven refers to the number of applicators in the box. Follow the label for the amount to use. The number of applicators does not indicate a medical treatment course or a fixed number of days.
Is this container a syringe?＋
It is a needle-free essence container with a cap and plunger. The product is for external application to the skin.
What have users reported about sleep improvement?＋
In the brand user survey, 44% reported better sleep quality, including their experience of deep sleep and waking at night. The combined sample was 100 people. Individual experiences may vary.

How should I store the product?＋
Replace the cap securely after use. Avoid extreme heat, cold and direct sunlight, and keep out of reach of infants and young children. Use promptly after opening. Do not return dispensed gel to the container.
What should I do if my skin feels uncomfortable?＋
If redness, swelling, itching, irritation or any other unusual reaction occurs during use, stop using the product and consult a dermatologist. Avoid applying to wounds, eczema or other affected areas.
