01 Remove the cap
Clean your hands and the application area, then remove the inner applicator’s cap. The product is for external application. Use a bean-sized amount as directed on the packaging.
02 Dispense onto the inner wrist
Hold the inner applicator in one hand and gently press the plunger with your thumb. Aim the rounded plastic outlet toward the other inner wrist and dispense the gel onto the skin.
03 Gently spread between both wrists
Bring the inner wrists together and gently spread the gel. Apply once every night before bed as recommended, and follow the packaging for dispensing and storage instructions.
